WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
THE LASH LOUNGE at Summit, NJ is looking for a positive and professional Eyelash Extension Stylist to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We are an upscale eyelash salon. We take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and giving each of our clients' excellent customer service. This candidate must be highly motivated, possess excellent client service skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This position will perform salon services for our clients, including: semi-permanent eyelash extensions, , eyelash perming, facial threading and eyebrow extensions. Training will be provided on all services. We value our positive work environment and fun culture, and we are looking for the right candidate who will contribute to fostering this along with our team. We strive to make sure everyone feels comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Days and hours for the salon are Monday to Friday from 10 am - 7 pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am-6pm.

Location: We have 2 locations - Summit, NJ and Livingston, NJ. Positions are open in both locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Advise guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Generate new clientele through our referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active NJ Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 1+ years as a Lash Stylist required
- 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
- Customer service focused
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Ability to work at least one day on the weekends and possibly some evenings
